These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the GrabrFi Affiliate Program for Business Partners (the "Program"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the GrabrFi Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Effective Date: 9/17/2025
1. Eligibility
This Affiliate Program is designed exclusively for business partners who collaborate with GrabrFi through our partner network. Please note that this program is separate from GrabrFi’s public referral program and is only available by direct invitation.
To participate in the Program as a Referrer ("you"), you must:
● Be a registered company that pays or wishes to pay its employees in US dollars.
● Not have violated any of GrabrFi’s terms, policies, or applicable laws.
To be considered a Qualified Referral, the referred individual ("Referred Person") must meet the following criteria:
Use the invitation link or referral code to open a GrabrFi bank account.
Complete the following actions within 60 days of bank account opening:
○ Open at least one virtual card.
○ Add or receive at least $100 USD through one of the following qualifying transactions:
- ACH or Wire transfer (domestic or international) must originate from the business partner or payroll intermediary [not another GrabrFi account].
Maintain an open and active account with a positive balance within the first 60 days after bank account opening.
Have no prior GrabrFi account history, meaning they must not have previously held or closed a GrabrFi account.

What qualifies as a valid deposit:
- A payment from the business partner or another company from an external bank account.
- A withdrawal of the user’s work earnings from a third-party platform (e.g., freelance marketplace, HR platform, etc.)
What does not count as a qualifying deposit:
- Transfers from another GrabrFi user
- Transfers from cash-based or P2P services.
- Refunds of any kind (education, medical, loan disbursements, etc.)
- Stipends, grants, scholarships, or insurance reimbursements not related to employment or contract income.
GrabrFi reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an individual or transaction meets the criteria for a Qualified Referral based on the intent and substance of the referral (such as an abuse of the program by using the account as merely a passthrough account)
The Program is available to Referrers and Invitees who are residents of:
- Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Germany, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ghana, Guatemala, India, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Portugal, Paraguay, Singapore, El Salvador, United States, Uruguay, and Vietnam.
- No Referral Bonus will be paid to Referrers who reside in, or for Invitees who reside in, Kenya.
3. Referral Bonus
● If all conditions are met, both you and your referred person will receive the referral bonus within 10 days after the 60-day period following the referred’s qualifying deposit has ended.
● There is no limit to the number of individuals you can invite.
● Bonuses are credited to your GrabrFi account and may be subject to withdrawal restrictions or other limitations as required by law.
● GrabrFi reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before issuing any referral bonus. Failure to provide the requested information within the timeframe specified may result in the referral bonus being delayed, withheld, or canceled.
4. Restrictions & Fraud Prevention
● Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals made using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited.
● GrabrFi reserves the right to review all referrals and withhold or revoke bonuses in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Program.
● Referred individuals who close their accounts before day 60 after opening or whose accounts are flagged for suspicious activity will not qualify as a referral.
● Any attempt to manipulate the Program through non-legitimate transactions, artificial funding behavior, or actions intended to simulate eligibility without genuine use of the account may result in disqualification and forfeiture of bonuses.
5. Program Modifications & Termination
● Grabr Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
● GrabrFi may limit or restrict any user’s participation in the Program at its sole discretion, including for reasons related to compliance, fraud prevention, or business considerations.
● If the Program is terminated, any pending bonuses that have not yet been credited will be forfeited.
● If any referral bonus was credited in error or in violation of these Terms, GrabrFi reserves the right to reverse or debit the amount from your GrabrFi account.
6. Tax Implications
● Referral bonuses may be subject to tax reporting and withholding. You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your participation in the Program.
7. Liability & Disputes
● GrabrFi is not responsible for any technical errors, failures, or delays in crediting referral bonuses.
● Any disputes related to the Program shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions of the GrabrFi Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. GrabrFi reserves all rights not explicitly granted herein.
