1. Promotion Period
The Global account giveaway (the “Giveaway”) opens on 22/09/2026 and closes on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (UTC). The winner will be drawn on October 1, 2026. GrabrFi reserves the right to end this Giveaway at any time before the scheduled end date.
Entries are retroactive: eligible customers who completed their global account upgrade before October 1st are automatically entered, no additional action is required.
2. Eligibility
To be entered in the Giveaway, you must:
Be a GrabrFi customer with a verified account in good standing.
Complete the upgrade of your GrabrFi account to the Global Account, including the transfer of your balance, on or before September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (UTC time). Customers who already completed their upgrade are automatically entered.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be a resident of any of the 27 markets GrabrFi has operations in. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Employees of Grabr, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible. One entry per customer, regardless of the number of accounts or balances held.
3. Prize
Three (3) AirPods Pro 3, approximate retail value $399 USD.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a cash equivalent is required by applicable law.
Where direct delivery of the device is not possible in the winner's country, GrabrFi may fulfill the prize through an authorized local retailer or an equivalent alternative of the same value.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway in any way.
4. How to Enter
Entry is automatic and free. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter or win:
Open the GrabrFi app and complete the upgrade to your Global Account, moving your balance. The upgrade is free.
Once your upgrade is complete, your entry is confirmed, you will see it in your confirmation screen.
Customers who completed their upgrade before the Giveaway opened are automatically entered and will be counted in the draw.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be selected by random draw on October 1, 2026 from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified through the email address registered to their GrabrFi account within 5 business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 3 business days of notification, GrabrFi reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the publication of their first name and country in GrabrFi communications announcing the result.
6. Limitations
This Giveaway is limited to one entry per customer.
This Giveaway does not affect, replace or combine with any other GrabrFi promotion; customers may receive other migration benefits independently of the Giveaway.
GrabrFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be abusing the Giveaway rules, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts.
GrabrFi reserves the right to modify or terminate this Giveaway at any time. If the Giveaway ends early, entries already confirmed remain valid for the draw.
7. Important Disclosures
GrabrFi is a product of Grabr, Inc. Grabr, Inc. is a financial technology company, not a bank.
Services are provided by Bridge Ventures LLC or one of its regulated affiliates (together, “Bridge”). The assets in your global account are not FDIC insured, are not bank deposits, and are subject to issuer and de-pegging risks that might affect its value. Its value is backed 1:1 by US dollars and short-term US Treasuries through Bridge or Circle.
The Prepaid Debit Visa Card (the “Card”) is issued by Lead Bank pursuant to licensing by Visa U.S.A., Inc. and may be used everywhere Visa is accepted. Must be 18 or older to apply. Fees may apply. See Cardholder Agreement and GrabrFi website for more details.
Bridge is not a bank. Bridge is a financial technology company and is the Program Manager responsible for managing and operating the Card on behalf of Lead Bank. Grabr, Inc. is the Platform Provider responsible for the application, access, and management of/for the services and card.

1. Período de la promoción

3. Premio

Si la entrega directa del dispositivo no fuera posible en el país del ganador, GrabrFi podrá entregar el premio a través de un vendedor local autorizado o una alternativa equivalente del mismo valor. 4. Cómo participar
La participación es automática y gratuita. No se requiere ninguna compra ni pago para participar o ganar:
Abrí la app de GrabrFi y completá el upgrade a tu Global Account, moviendo tu saldo. El upgrade es gratuito.
Una vez completado el upgrade, tu participación queda confirmada — la vas a ver en tu pantalla de confirmación.
Los clientes que completaron su upgrade antes del inicio del Sorteo participan automáticamente y serán incluidos en el sorteo.
5. Selección y notificación del ganador
El ganador será seleccionado por sorteo al azar el 1 de octubre de 2026 entre todas las participaciones elegibles.
El ganador será notificado al email registrado en su cuenta de GrabrFi y/o mediante una notificación en la app dentro de los [X] días hábiles posteriores al sorteo.
Si el ganador no responde dentro de los [X] días hábiles posteriores a la notificación, GrabrFi se reserva el derecho de sortear un ganador alternativo.
Al aceptar el premio, el ganador consiente la publicación de su nombre de pila y país en las comunicaciones de GrabrFi que anuncien el resultado. [Legal debe confirmar los requisitos de consentimiento por mercado.]
6. Limitaciones
Este Sorteo está limitado a una participación por cliente.
Este Sorteo no afecta, reemplaza ni se combina con ninguna otra promoción de GrabrFi; los clientes pueden recibir otros beneficios de migración de manera independiente al Sorteo.
GrabrFi se reserva el derecho de descalificar a cualquier participante que sea encontrado incumpliendo las reglas del Sorteo, incluyendo pero no limitado a la creación de cuentas duplicadas.
GrabrFi se reserva el derecho de modificar o finalizar este Sorteo en cualquier momento. Si el Sorteo finaliza antes de lo previsto, las participaciones ya confirmadas siguen siendo válidas para el sorteo.

Su valor está respaldado 1:1 por dólares estadounidenses y bonos del Tesoro de EE. UU. de corto plazo a través de Bridge o Circle.
La Tarjeta de Débito Prepaga Visa (la “Tarjeta”) es emitida por Lead Bank en virtud de una licencia de Visa U.S.A., Inc. y puede usarse en todos los comercios donde se acepte Visa.
