3. What if I haven't received a transfer after the settlement timeframe? What details do I need to provide to customer support?

If the settlement timeframe for the type of transfer you're receiving has passed, including the safety margin, please ask the sender to give you the receipt from their bank and share this with customer support so we can look into it for you.

The receipt should include the following information:

  • ACH transfers: sender information, transfer timestamp, amount, and either the Trace ID or a fed report.

  • Domestic wire transfers: sender’s name, bank details, transfer date and time, amount sent, and IMAD/OMAD.

  • International SWIFT transfers: sender details, transfer specifics (date, time and amount), and the MT103.

It's important to note that receipts issued by different banks and platforms generally do not include complete information. We recommend requesting the necessary receipt directly from the issuing entity, as all the requested information is necessary in order for us to help.

4. Do holidays affect incoming and outgoing transfer timeframes?

Yes, during US banking holidays, transfers may take one more business day to be processed or posted. You can see the dates for US banking holidays here.

5. I sent a same-day ACH, but the receiver has not received it. What should I do?

It may have been sent after the same-day cutoff time. Transfers sent after the cutoff time will be included in the ACH batch the next day at 3:00pm PT.

Please note that if the same-day ACH option was selected, the fee cannot be returned.

6. What if my recipient does not receive my transfer?

Please check the settlement timeframe for your type of transfer. Sometimes, receiving banks can take additional time to process incoming transfers.

If it is past the settlement timeframe for your type of transfer, including the safety margin, please reach out to customer support, we're happy to look into it for you.

7. I sent a transfer, but it was returned. How long will it take for it to go back to my account?

Returned transfers usually take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your GrabrFi account.

If it has been more than 5 business days, please contact customer support with the transfer receipt and we're happy to look into it for you.
