Getting paid should be easy: no paper checks, no bank visits. With direct deposit, your paycheck goes straight into your global account automatically. Here is how to set it up in a few steps.
1. Find your GrabrFi account details
You will need your routing number and account number to set up direct deposit.
Where to find them: Sign in to GrabrFi, go to your global account, then tap Account Details.
What is included: Your routing number, account number, and account details, plus the address linked to your account.
2. Share your details with your employer
Most employers just need your routing number, account number, and full name (as shown in GrabrFi).
If your employer provides a form: Fill it out using your GrabrFi details.
If they do not: Send them your routing number, account number, and other details.
3. Verify your account (if needed)
Some employers send small test deposits (a few cents) to confirm your details. Check your global account after a few days to see if the test deposits arrived, then report the amounts to your employer to complete the verification.
Need proof of account? You can download it from your global account.
Troubleshooting
Delayed or missing deposit? First, check with your employer to confirm it was sent. If it was, allow for processing time or reach out to GrabrFi Support.
Incorrect details? If you made a mistake with your routing or account number, let your HR or payroll department know as soon as possible.
That is it. Once your employer sets up direct deposit, your paychecks will arrive automatically.
