How do I withdraw funds to local currency?

To withdraw funds to your local currency, follow these steps:

  1. Open the GrabrFi app.

  2. Go to the Transfers section.

  3. Select Withdraw to Pesos (ARS / BOB / COP / MXN)Withdraw to Reais (BRL), Withdraw to Peruvian Soles (PEN) or Withdraw to Nigerian Naira (NGN), depending on your country.

  4. Fill in the required details on the form.

  5. Submit the withdrawal request.

Tip: Ensure your bank details are correct to avoid any issues with the transfer.

How long does it take for the withdrawal to complete?

The withdrawal process usually takes a few minutes, but up to 1 business day to complete, depending on your bank and our payment provider.

Important Tips:

  • Withdrawal Fee: You can see the amount corresponding to your country in our Full schedule of fees.

  • Limits: You can withdraw up to $3,000 USD per transaction, with a maximum of $3,000 USD per day. There are also monthly and yearly limits in place. You may see more info about limits here.

  • Cancelled Withdrawals: You can request a cancellation, but it’s only possible if the withdrawal hasn't been processed yet.

  • Rejected Withdrawals: If your withdrawal is rejected by the bank, you'll receive a refund, minus the $10 fee.
