Important Notice: Please read this agreement carefully. This Agreement contains important information about Your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.  References to “You” or “Your” mean the person(s) who accesses, uses, and/or uses GrabrFi or the Service in any way, and each of their heirs, successors, and assigns. By accessing or using any part of our Service, You are agreeing to this Agreement, and incorporated and referenced documents, including the GrabrFi Terms of Use and GrabrFi Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Agreement. Subject to applicable law, Grabr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Grabr will provide email notice of any changes to the Terms and we will post the updated version of the Terms on our App. Your continued use of the Services after receiving such notice will evidence your consent to the updated Terms.

Schedule of Fees. GrabrFi does not charge fees for using Instant Transfers. Account holders may send and receive Instant Transfers without incurring fees. 

To the extent permitted by law, Grabr reserves the right to modify transaction fees at any time via electronic notice. In the event that a change to our transaction fees or terms of service will result in an increase of fees, an increase of liability to our users, fewer types of electronic funds transfers or stricter limitations, you will be notified via email 30 days before the effective date. Incurred fees will be debited from your account per the terms of your account agreement and will be reflected on your periodic statement.

Security Procedures. You will be required to use a Two-Factor Authentication control, in addition to Your login, to authorize sending an Instant Transfer. This control is an appropriate security procedure, designed to verify the authenticity of the order, and not to detect errors in transmission.

No Cancellation. All Instant Transfers are final and are unable to be recalled once submitted. Any losses or damages incurred by You due to error or accidental submission may not be recoverable and the Company shall not be held liable for any accidental transactions.

Sending Funds

• By authorizing an Instant Transfer, you authorize Grabr to immediately debit your GrabrFi account by the amount specified

• While funds are debited immediately, Your specified receiver may experience a delay in crediting of your funds due to security and anti-money laundering protocols

• Grabr shall incur no liability in the event that an Instant Transfer is unable to be completed due to any reason

• Grabr has the right to request additional information and supporting documentation prior to authorizing Your outgoing Instant Transfer

• If the amount of an Instant Transfer request exceeds Your GrabrFi available balance at the time of submission, the transfer will cancelled

• The receiver of Your Instant Transfer will see Your first name and last initial in the deposit description

• In order to send funds, You must know the username (which starts with $), email address or phone number associated with Your receiver’s GrabrFi account

Receiving Funds

• Any Instant Transfer You receive will be deposited to your GrabrFi account

• Any incoming Instant Transfer may be subject to delay and/or reversal at the discretion of Grabr

• Grabr has the right to request additional information and supporting documentation prior to authorizing Your incoming Instant Transfer

• If You receive an Instant Transfer that Grabr determines was invalid for any reason, you hereby authorize Grabr to withdraw the funds from said Instant Transfer

• You have the right to refuse any incoming Instant Transfer. Should You decide to refuse an incoming Instant Transfer, please contact GrabrFi support

Requesting Funds. You may request funds via Instant Transfer from any GrabrFi customer. Customers have no obligation to complete any requested funds. 

Limits

Sending Limits:

If You wish to increase Your Instant Transfer sending limits, please contact GrabrFi support

Receiving Limits: There are no receiving with Instant Transfer

Misuse of Instant Transfers. Grabr reserves the right to close your GrabrFi account should any GrabrFi Terms of Use or GrabrFi Instant Transfers Terms of Use be violated
