This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the terms under which users may access and use the services provided by GrabrFi. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Restricted activities:
We do not provide support for businesses or transactions associated with the following categories, and such transactions may be rejected. Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any customers who exceed our risk thresholds.
Virtual Currency Exchanges: Involvement in the buy, sell, exchange, trading, creation, or custody of cryptocurrencies or digital assets, facilitating peer to peer transactions for a platform that supports cryptocurrencies.
Illegal Activities: Including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, drug trafficking, tax evasion, and other criminal activities, both local and international.
Fraudulent Activities: Using GrabrFi for fraudulent purposes, including phishing, scamming, and misleading practices.
Gambling: Engaging in gambling, particularly in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
Adult Content: Engaging in payments for, receiving payments from, or distributing adult content.
Harm of minors: Any activity involving the harm or attempted harm of minors in any way.
Financial Services: Any unlicensed financial businesses engaged in activities such as operating money services, including informal currency exchanges, remittance services, and money transmission.
High-Risk Activities: Engaging in activities that GrabrFi deems high-risk, such as high-frequency trading, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes.
Trading and Speculative Activities: Engaging in speculative trading, including margin trading, day trading, high-frequency trading, or trading on behalf of third parties, as well as participating in investment schemes or other high-risk trading activities.
Prohibited Goods or Services: Buying or selling goods or services that are prohibited by GrabrFi, such as weapons, counterfeit items, or drugs.
Account misuse: Using your GrabrFi Account in a way that could lead to complaints, disputes, reversals, chargebacks, or other liabilities for GrabrFi, other Customers, third parties, or yourself.
Account usage as business: you may not use your personal GrabrFi account as a business account.
Third-party use: lending or borrowing of the GrabrFi Account by any individual or entity other than the owner.
Authorized activities
Activities are considered authorized as long as they do not fall within the scope of the ‘Restricted Activities’ outlined by GrabrFi in this document. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations. GrabrFi reserves the right to review and monitor activities to ensure adherence to these guidelines, and to take necessary actions, including suspension or termination of services, if any activity is found to be in violation of the terms set forth.
Payroll and salaries: Receiving salary or payouts from services provided.
Freelancer payments: Receiving payouts from e-commerce platforms for freelancer work.
Transfers to/from Third Parties: Receiving or sending transfers or deposits to/from friends and family for personal use.
Transfers Between Your Own Accounts: Transferring funds between your own accounts for purposes permitted under the authorized activities outlined in this document.
Payments: Make payments to authorized merchants, service providers, or other users.
Direct Debits: Set up and manage direct debit instructions for regular payments.
Investments: Engaging in investment activities, except for the exchange, trading of cryptocurrencies and high risk trading.
Monitoring and Compliance
All activities conducted through GrabrFi will be subject to ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with our terms and conditions. We may reach out to you to confirm that your activities align with the approved 'use case.' Additionally, we reserve the right to request supporting documents to verify compliance. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in suspension or termination of services.
Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this Policy may result in actions including, but not limited to:
Issue of a warning
Immediate suspension or termination of your account.
Reporting of any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
Legal action against you for any damages resulting from your violation of this Policy, including proceedings for reimbursement of all costs on an “all expenses” basis.

Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
