You can receive stablecoins into your GrabrFi in two ways: directly into your stablecoin wallet, or into your USD checking account. Each option works differently and has different fees and processing times.
Receiving stablecoins to your Stablecoin Wallet
Your stablecoin wallet has permanent deposit addresses for each supported coin and network. Incoming stablecoins stay as stablecoins in your wallet, automatically converted to your wallet currency (USDB or USDC).
How to get your wallet deposit address
1. Open your stablecoin wallet in the GrabrFi app.
2. Tap "Add money," then select "External crypto wallet"
3. Choose the stablecoin (USDC or USDT) and the blockchain network.
4. Copy your deposit address and share it with the sender.
Your wallet deposit address is permanent for each coin and network combination. You can reuse it for future deposits.
Supported coins and networks for wallet deposits
Stablecoin | Supported Networks |
USDC | Solana, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain |
USDT | Tron, Ethereum |
PYUSD and DAI deposits are not supported.
What happens when you receive stablecoins
Incoming stablecoins are automatically converted to your wallet currency. For example, if you receive USDT and your wallet holds USDB, the USDT is converted to USDB and credited to your balance.
Fees for stablecoin deposits to wallet
Stablecoin | Fee |
USDC | Free |
USDT | 0.1% conversion fee |
Network fees for sending stablecoins to your deposit address are paid by the sender.
Processing time
Wallet deposits are processed after blockchain confirmation only, with no ACH delay. This typically takes a few minutes depending on network congestion.
Receiving stablecoins to your USD Checking Account
You can also receive stablecoins directly into your USD checking account. In this case, stablecoins are automatically converted to USD and deposited as a bank transfer.
How to get your deposit address for a checking account
1. Open your checking account in the GrabrFi app.
2. Tap "Add money," then select "Receive USD stablecoins"
3. Choose the stablecoin (USDC or USDT) and the blockchain network.
4. Copy your deposit address and share it with the sender.
How it works
Your checking account can have a receive address (also called a liquidation address) provided by Bridge. When someone sends stablecoins to this address:
1. Bridge receives the stablecoins on your behalf.
2. The stablecoins are converted to USD at the market rate.
3. USD is settled to your GrabrFi checking account via Same Day ACH.
You do not control this address or its private keys. It is managed by Bridge.
Supported coins and networks
The same coins and networks supported for wallet deposits apply to checking account deposits:
Stablecoin | Supported Networks |
USDC | Solana, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain |
USDT | Tron, Ethereum |
PYUSD and DAI deposits are not supported.
Fees for stablecoin deposits to a checking account
Stablecoin | Fee |
USDC | 1% + US$1 |
USDT | 1.1% + US$1 |
Network fees for sending stablecoins to your deposit address are paid by the sender.
Processing time
Stablecoin deposits to your checking account are processed through Bridge and arrive as incoming ACH transfers. These transfers are batched daily before 17:00 CST and typically settle the same or next business day. In rare cases, settlement may take up to 3 business days.
Wallet vs. Checking Account: Which should I use?
Stablecoin Wallet | Checking Account | |
What you receive | Stablecoins (USDB/USDC) | USD |
Deposit speed | Minutes (blockchain only) | Same/next business day (ACH) |
USDC fee | Free | 1% + $1 |
USDT fee | 0.1% | 1.1% + $1 |
Address type | Liquidation address | Liquidation address |
Minimum deposit amounts (excluding fee)
Stablecoin / Network | Minimum |
USDC (all networks) | $1 |
USDT on Ethereum | $2 |
USDT on Tron | $5 |
Your old receiving addresses still work
If you were already receiving stablecoins to your checking account before the wallet launch, your existing receive addresses still work exactly as before. Stablecoins sent to those addresses continue to be converted to USD and deposited into your checking account.
Your wallet deposit addresses are separate. You can find them inside your stablecoin wallet under "Add money."
Important
Always double-check that the sender is using the correct network. Deposits of unsupported assets or on unsupported networks may be delayed, rejected, or permanently lost. GrabrFi is not liable for deposits sent with incorrect network, memo, or tag information.
