Want to receive stablecoins directly to your GrabrFi account? You can receive USDC, USDT, or PYUSD from any external wallet or exchange and have the funds converted to USD in your account. Here's everything you need to know.
Prerequisites
To receive stablecoins, you must have a GrabrFi account that has been created and verified.
What stablecoins can I receive?
GrabrFi supports receiving the following USD-pegged stablecoins:
USDC (USD Coin) – issued by Circle
USDT (Tether) – issued by Tether
PYUSD (PayPal USD) – issued by PayPal
DAI – issued by MakerDAO
Supported blockchain networks

Important: Always make sure you're sending on a supported network for your chosen stablecoin. Sending tokens on an unsupported network may result in loss of funds — if this happens, please contact our support team for assistance.
Stablecoin verification (one-time step)
Before you can receive stablecoins for the first time, you must complete a brief compliance verification required by US regulations. This is a one-time process — once approved, you won't need to do it again.
How to complete verification
When you select "Receive money with USD stablecoin" for the first time, you'll be prompted to complete verification.
Answer a brief questionnaire about your financial profile and how you intend to use stablecoins.
Submit your responses for review.
Approval timeline
Most customers are approved within minutes.
In some cases, our partner Bridge (our licensed stablecoin partner) may request additional documentation to complete your verification.
Once approved, you can generate wallet addresses and start receiving stablecoins immediately.
How to receive stablecoins
Open your GrabrFi app and on the Home screen, tap the "Add money" button.
Select "Receive money with USD stablecoin".
Choose the stablecoin you want to receive (USDC, USDT, PYUSD, or DAI).
Select the blockchain network the sender will use.
Your unique wallet address will be displayed. You can copy the address or share the QR code with the sender.
Share your wallet address with the person or platform sending you stablecoins.
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, we initiate a same business day ACH transfer to credit the USD to your GrabrFi account.
Processing time
Receiving stablecoins is a two-step process:
Step 1: Blockchain confirmation. Your stablecoin transfer is confirmed on the blockchain. This typically takes:
Solana: Usually under 1 minute
Tron: Usually 1-3 minutes
Base, Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon: Usually under 1 minute
Avalanche C-Chain: Usually under 1 minute
Ethereum: Usually 5-15 minutes (may vary during high network activity)
Step 2: ACH transfer to your account Once we receive the crypto transfer, we initiate a same business day ACH transfer to credit the USD to your GrabrFi account. ACH transfers initiated before the daily cutoff time are typically available in your account the same business day.

Important tips
Double-check the network: Always verify you're sending on the correct blockchain network. Each network has a different wallet address format.
Send a small test amount first: If you're receiving a large amount, consider sending a small test transfer first to confirm everything works correctly.
Minimum amounts may apply: Check the app for any minimum transfer requirements.
Keep the sender informed: Share both your wallet address and the specific network they should use.

What happens to the stablecoins I receive? Once the stablecoin transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, we initiate a same business day ACH transfer to credit the equivalent USD amount to your GrabrFi account. You won't hold the stablecoins directly in your account.
