My account balance is not updating in the application


If your balance appears outdated, try the following steps:

  • Web: Refresh the page or click on the "Home" tab to reload your balance.

  • iOS / Android: Pull down on the Home screen to refresh. This also works for the list of transactions.

If the balance is still not updating:

  1. Check your internet connection.

  2. Close and reopen the app.

  3. Log out and log back in.
