If your balance appears outdated, try the following steps:
Web: Refresh the page or click on the "Home" tab to reload your balance.
iOS / Android: Pull down on the Home screen to refresh. This also works for the list of transactions.
If the balance is still not updating:
Check your internet connection.
Close and reopen the app.
Log out and log back in.
