Why was my account closed?
We close accounts that have been inactive for 60 days and have no available balance. This helps us keep our system safe and efficient for all users.
Prior to closure, we make every effort to notify you by email. If you didn't receive any notification and believe this was an error, please contact our support team.
How can I reactivate my account?
If your account was closed due to inactivity, don't worry. You just need to log in to the app with your same username and password and press the button that says "Open account".
You won't have to go through the whole verification process again.
🔁 Important: When you reactivate your account, a new checking account is generated. This means that your account number will change, and the previous account number will no longer be valid for future transfers. Please be sure to update this information on any platform or with anyone sending you funds.
How do I prevent my account from being closed due to inactivity?
We recommend that you maintain at least a small balance in your account. It does not matter the amount, but it should be greater than zero. This way, the account will not be automatically closed for inactivity.
