When withdrawing to a crypto wallet, you'll need to enter your wallet address correctly. Each blockchain network has its own address format. Here's what you need to know to make sure your funds arrive safely.
EVM Networks
Supported networks: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain, Base, Optimism, Polygon.
All these networks use the same address format, which means one address works across all of them.
What to look for:
Starts with 0x
Followed by exactly 40 characters
Uses letters A-F (uppercase or lowercase) and numbers 0-9
Total length: 42 characters
Example: 0x1a2B3c4D5e6F7a8B9c0D1e2F3a4B5c6D7e8F9a0B
Solana
Solana addresses look a bit different from EVM addresses.
What to look for:
Between 32 and 44 characters long
Uses letters and numbers only
Does not include the characters: 0 (zero), O (capital o), I (capital i), or l (lowercase L) — this helps avoid confusion between similar-looking characters

Tips for a successful withdrawal
Double-check the network. Make sure you're sending to the correct blockchain. Sending to the wrong network can result in lost funds.
Copy and paste. Always copy your wallet address directly from your wallet app instead of typing it manually.
Verify before confirming: Check the first and last few characters of your address to make sure it's correct.
