You asked for it and now this feature is here! Something's not quite with the details for your physical card shipping? Don't worry! Now you can cancel it within 48 hours of requesting a physical card, update any details like your address, and request it again.

Note: you can only cancel and create a new card shipping request up to 3 times.

If you haven't received your physical card after one month, please reach out to support and we'll look into it for you.
