To make sure your file upload is successful, please double check your file is in one of the supported formats and does not exceed the file size for your type of upload.
If you cannot proceed to the next step after uploading a file or see an upload error message, please check if your file meets the requirements and try again.
You can use an online service such as CloudConvert to convert your file to a supported format or reduce its size by lowering its quality if needed. CloudConvert is based in Germany, subject to the European Union’s data processing laws and gives you the option to delete your file right away after it’s processed. Otherwise, it is automatically deleted from their servers in 24 hours.
