The PDF or CSV button in my statement email doesn't work

If you tap PDF or CSV in a monthly statement email and see a page that says "Request has expired" or "AccessDenied" instead of your statement, this article is for you. Your statement is not lost, and nothing is wrong with your account.

Why this happens

In statement emails sent before October 15, 2026, the PDF and CSV buttons opened a download link that worked for 24 hours after the email was sent. After that, the link stops working.

Statement emails sent from October 15, 2026 do not have these buttons. Your statement files are attached to the email instead.

Open the files attached to the email

Every statement email includes your statement as attachments:

  • a PDF file for reading and printing
  • a CSV file for spreadsheets

The file names start with the month and year of the statement, for example 9_2026__….pdf. In most mail apps, attachments appear at the bottom of the email or under a paperclip icon.
