Your global account holds your money as a US dollar stablecoin (USDB or USDC, depending on your country). You can send and receive stablecoins directly, receive dollars by ACH or wire, and spend with your card.
What can you do with your global account?
Hold stablecoins. Keep a stablecoin balance in your global account.
Send stablecoins. Send USDC, USDT, or PYUSD to any supported external address directly from your balance.
Receive stablecoins. Receive supported stablecoins to your permanent deposit addresses. Incoming tokens are automatically converted to your account currency.
Receive ACH and wire transfers. Use your account details to receive dollars by ACH or domestic wire. Incoming dollars are automatically converted to your account currency.
Pay with your card. Your global card spends from your global account balance.
USDB or USDC: Which account currency do I get?
Your account currency is assigned automatically based on your country of residence and cannot be changed:
EEA countries: USDC, issued by Circle.
All other supported countries: USDB. Services are provided by Bridge Ventures LLC.

What about my existing stablecoin receive addresses?
Important: Your old receive addresses will stop working. After your Regent account closes, the addresses linked to your checking account will no longer be valid, and stablecoins sent to them will fail.
Before you upgrade, update your saved addresses anywhere you receive stablecoins: exchanges, wallets, employers, or anyone who sends to you on a recurring basis. Use the receive addresses found in your global account in the app.
