What should I do if a stablecoin transfer fails or is incorrect?

If your stablecoin transfer hasn't arrived or you believe there was a problem with the transfer, we're here to help.

If your transfer hasn't arrived

Most stablecoin transfers are completed within a few minutes, but in some cases they may take longer depending on the blockchain network.

If your transfer hasn't been credited after 24 hours:

  1. Verify that you sent the transfer using a supported stablecoin and supported blockchain network.

  2. Confirm that the deposit address matches the one generated in your GrabrFi account.

  3. Contact GrabrFi Support within 10 business days and include:

    • The transaction hash (TXID)

    • The stablecoin sent

    • The blockchain network used

    • The amount transferred

Our team will review the transaction and coordinate with our stablecoin provider when appropriate.

If the transfer was sent incorrectly

Stablecoin transfers are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

If a transfer was sent using:

  • an unsupported stablecoin,

  • an unsupported blockchain network,

  • or an unsupported combination of stablecoin and blockchain network,

the deposit may not be processed or credited to your account.

After reviewing the transaction, our provider may determine that the deposit cannot be recovered through its current systems or services. In those cases, GrabrFi is also unable to credit the funds to your account or reverse the transaction.

Before sending a transfer

Always verify all of the following before confirming a transfer:

  • The stablecoin (for example, USDC or USDT)

  • The blockchain network

  • The deposit address generated by GrabrFi

Sending a transfer with an incorrect stablecoin, blockchain network, or deposit address may result in the permanent loss of funds.
