Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, please double-check the wallet address and network before confirming.
Reasons why a stablecoin transfer may fail
Insufficient stablecoin balance: Your wallet does not have enough USDB or USDC to cover the transfer amount plus applicable fees.
Conversion failure: The automatic conversion from your wallet currency to the destination stablecoin could not be completed. This is rare but may occur during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
Wallet receive failure: If an incoming stablecoin deposit to your wallet cannot be processed (for example, due to an unsupported token or compliance review), the deposit may be delayed or rejected.
If a wallet-funded send fails, your wallet balance will not be debited.
Transfers may also be delayed or rejected if funding fails, regulatory review is pending, or the recipient address is invalid.
What to do if a transfer failed or was incorrect
If you believe a transfer failed or was unauthorized:
Contact GrabrFi Support within 10 business days of the transaction.
Our team will investigate and, if possible, coordinate with Bridge to recover the funds.
However, once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, recovery is not guaranteed.
If you see a pending transaction that has not resolved within 24 hours, please contact support for assistance.
