To protect your account and keep it safe, we have made it mandatory for all customers to enter a two-factor authentication code to login. It'll be sent via SMS to your phone number.
We understand that under some circumstances, it can be hard to receive a code via SMS and we're exploring more options for multi-factor authentication such as authentication apps, passkeys, recovery codes and more.
