How can I make an outgoing transfer?


It’s easy to navigate your GrabrFi app to make a transfer in seconds to your clients, partners or loved ones. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the application and click on ‘Home’

  • Click on ‘Transfer’ and select the type of transfer you’d like to make, the options are:


Wire transfer (within the US only):

  1. Add the routing number* and click on ‘find bank’

  2. Once the bank to populates, continue

  3. Add the beneficiary full name, the account number and continue

  4. Add the transfer amount, see the limits and fees that apply and click on ‘Continue’

  5. Please review the transfer details. Once done, click on ‘Create transfer’.


ACH transfer (within the US only):

  1. Add the routing number* and click on ‘find bank’

  2. Once the bank to populates, continue

  3. Select the beneficiary type (individual or business)

  4. Add the beneficiary full name

  5. Select the account type (Checking or Savings)

  6. Add the account number 

  7. Select if you want ‘same day ACH’** 

  8. Add the transfer amount, see the limits and fees that apply and click on ‘Continue’

  9. Please review the transfer details. Once done, click on ‘Create transfer’


You will receive a confirmation email and push notification once you send the transfer. You can cancel this transfer up to 30 minutes after creating it in the transactions list.


*GrabrFi accounts have the same routing number for ACH or Wire transfers, however, some US banks have multiple routing numbers. If you’re transferring to an account outside GrabrFi, please make sure you choose the correct routing number. The ACH and electronic routing number works for ACH transfers, and the Wire routing number is for wire transfers.

**Same day fee $1. Cutoff time: 11:00am PT

Note: when issuing a transfer to your GrabrFi or any other account, please make sure that the recipient’s name is 100% exactly as it appears on the account, otherwise the transfer may get cancelled.
