When setting up your GrabrFi profile, we'll ask you to verify your phone number. Here are a few tips to help you complete this step:
Make sure you entered your phone number correctly
Make sure you entered your phone number in an international format, starting with country code*
*When entering a phone number in an international format, start with a plus sign (+). Then, write the country code, followed by the full phone number. For example, the United States number 123-4567 in area code 408 would be written as +14081234567. (1 is the country code). Make sure to remove any leading zeros or any special calling codes.
As we are unable to send SMS to landlines, a mobile number is required to create a GrabrFi account.
How you'll receive verification codes
GrabrFi sends one-time verification codes (OTPs) for phone verification through multiple channels. You can select the preferred channel:
WhatsApp. If you have WhatsApp installed and linked to the number you are trying to verify, this is often the fastest and most reliable way to receive your verification code.
SMS. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can choose to receive your code via SMS instead.
