Incoming USDT transfer pending

If your incoming USDT transfer still shows as Pending the next business day, it means the conversion to USD has not completed yet. This can happen when USDT is trading outside the execution limit used by our partner for USDT-to-USD exchanges.

What's happening?

Incoming USDT that lands in your USD checking account goes through these steps:

  1. USDT is received for conversion.

  2. USDT is exchanged to USD.

  3. USD is sent to your checking account via ACH.

When USDT trades below $0.9990 (a 0.1% depeg from $1.00), our partner temporarily pauses exchanges to avoid executing trades at a worse rate without your approval. The USDT is held at the conversion step and will be exchanged once USDT returns within the limit.

What you'll see in GrabrFi

  • The transfer status remains Pending.

  • Your USD checking balance does not update until the exchange completes and the ACH transfer is processed.

When will it be completed?

Your transfer will process automatically once USDT returns within the exchange limit, usually within 24-48 hours during normal market conditions. After that, standard ACH processing times apply.

How often does this happen?

The chart below shows the USDT/USD conversion rate over the last 60 days. The red shaded areas indicate periods when USDT traded below the $0.9990 threshold, temporarily pausing automatic conversions.

These dips are infrequent and typically short-lived, usually resolving within a few hours to a couple of days.

If you need it processed now

If you do not want to wait, contact our support team and request execution at the current market rate. For large transfers (over $100,000), processing may require 1-2 additional business days.
