Local Withdrawal

A withdrawal from the Account to a bank account, e‑wallet, or other permitted endpoint denominated in the local currency of a Participating Country, executed via in‑app “Withdraw” functionality and subject to the Terms for In‑App Top‑Ups and Withdrawals to Local Currency.

Standard Withdrawal Fee

The fee listed in the Schedule of Fees for processing a Local Withdrawal, excluding any foreign‑exchange margin, network charge, intermediary bank charge, or government tax.

Participating Countries

Argentina (AR), Bolivia (BO), Brazil (BR), Colombia (CO), Peru (PE), Mexico (MX), and Nigeria (NG).

Qualifying Withdrawal

The first Local Withdrawal initiated by an Eligible User that (a) occurs after the Bonus has been applied to the Account and (b) meets all conditions in Section 5.

Eligible User

A user who satisfies all criteria in Section 3.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Bonus, a user must:

  1. Hold an active Account that is fully verified and not suspended, frozen, or closed.

  2. Be physically located in, and have a registered residence address within, a Participating Country at the time the Qualifying Withdrawal is initiated.

  3. Have never completed, nor have pending or processing, any Local Withdrawal prior to the Bonus application.

  4. Comply with all GrabrFi Terms of Use, including identity‑verification and compliance requirements.

GrabrFi reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm eligibility and may disqualify any user who fails to provide such documentation within the period specified by GrabrFi.

4. Participating Countries

The Bonus is available only for Local Withdrawals to bank accounts or permitted endpoints in the following countries:

  • Argentina (AR)

  • Bolivia (BO)

  • Brazil (BR)

  • Colombia (CO)

  • Peru (PE)

  • Mexico (MX)

  • Nigeria (NG)

Local Withdrawals to any destination outside the Participating Countries are not eligible for the Bonus.

5. Bonus Mechanics

  1. Automatic Application. Once the Bonus is enabled on an Eligible User’s Account, the Standard Withdrawal Fee (see Schedule of Fees) for the Qualifying Withdrawal will be automatically reduced to US$0.00 (or the equivalent local‑currency fee if denominated in local currency) at the moment the withdrawal is initiated.

  2. One‑Time Use. The Bonus may be applied only once per Account. Subsequent withdrawals will incur the Standard Withdrawal Fee and any other applicable charges.

  3. Non‑Transferability. The Bonus is personal to the Eligible User and may not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or combined with any other promotion or discount.

  4. Other Fees. Foreign‑exchange margins, intermediary bank charges, taxes, and any third‑party or governmental fees remain payable by the user and are not covered by this Bonus.

6. Exclusions and Disqualification

The Bonus will not apply and may be revoked or reversed if:

  • The user has previously completed or currently has pending a Local Withdrawal of any amount.

  • The Qualifying Withdrawal is reversed because it fails compliance checks or other ineligible activity.

  • GrabrFi determines, in its sole discretion, that the user engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity, or violated any applicable law or the GrabrFi Terms of Use.

  • The user attempts to withdraw funds derived from prohibited activities or sectors under GrabrFi policy.

If the fee waiver is revoked or reversed, the Standard Withdrawal Fee (or the fee then in effect) will be deducted from the user’s Account without prior notice.

7. Tax Implications

Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that may arise from receiving the Bonus or conducting a Qualifying Withdrawal, in accordance with local laws and regulations.

8. Modification, Suspension & Termination

GrabrFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Bonus, or to amend these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, except where prohibited by law. In the event of early termination, any unused Bonuses will be void as of the termination date.

Automatic Expiry. The Bonus will no longer be available after 28 July 2025 at 23:59 UTC. Any Bonus not redeemed by that time will expire automatically.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrabrFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with the Bonus, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. GrabrFi’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the monetary value of the waived Standard Withdrawal Fee.

10. Indemnification

By participating in the Bonus, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrabrFi, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Bonus or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By initiating a Qualifying Withdrawal or otherwise participating in the Bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the GrabrFi Terms of Use.
