In-app customer support

We know how important customer service is, especially in banking, and we have taken several steps to serve you better. We have onboarded a few new support specialists to help you, reduced our reply time back to 24 hours and are always listening to your feedback about how we can improve.

One of your feedback was, since we were offering support only through email, it could be hard to see some messages and they might be missed. We heard you and worked hard to integrate support in-app.

Now you can directly reach out to support on GrabrFi, receive updates from us and review your previous tickets.

To create a new request, simply click on "Support" and the "+" button at the top right corner of the screen.

The in-app support request form includes:

  • Request type

  • Subject

  • Description

  • Image and file upload

So you can share all the details about your issue or question for us to help you faster.
