Your card is digital as soon as it is issued, so you can start using it online right away.
You can use the global card anywhere Visa is accepted, online and in stores. Purchases are funded from your global account.
The global card charges a foreign transaction fee based on where the merchant is located: no fee (0%) for purchases in the United States, and a 1.5% fee for purchases outside the United States.
The global card cannot be used at ATMs. It does not support cash withdrawals or ATM balance inquiries.
The global card is available to customers in: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, United States, Dominican Republic, Ghana, Nigeria.
More countries are expected in 2026 and 2027, and we will announce them as they become available.
