Physical card delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service conditions.
On average, delivery takes 45 to 60 days from the time your card is shipped. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to postal delays outside of GrabrFi’s control. We recommend allowing the full delivery window before reaching out for next steps.
Tracked vs untracked delivery
If you’re located in Argentina, Mexico, or Colombia, your physical card is shipped with tracked delivery, and you can find the tracking number directly in the app.
In all other countries, physical card deliveries are currently untracked.
What if my physical card hasn’t arrived yet?
If you haven’t received your physical card, please first check how much time has passed since you requested it.
If fewer than 60 days have passed
If it has been less than 60 days, your card may still be in transit. We kindly ask that you allow a bit more time for it to arrive. Delivery times can vary depending on location and postal service conditions.
During this time, you can continue using your virtual card for online purchases or add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay for in store payments.
If more than 60 days have passed
If it has been more than 60 days since your physical card was shipped and it still hasn’t arrived, please contact our support team. We’ll help you review next steps, which may include canceling the undelivered card and issuing a replacement.
Please note that for security reasons, replacing a physical card requires closing the original card, and any subscriptions linked to it will stop.
How does the replacement process work?
If a replacement is needed, our team will:
Cancel the undelivered card for security purposes
Guide you through requesting a new physical card in the app
Before submitting a new request, we recommend double-checking your shipping address, as it cannot be changed once the card is shipped.
Will there be a shipping fee for a replacement card?
Replacement cards may be subject to a shipping fee, depending on your case. If applicable, our support team will review this with you and let you know what options are available.
