How long does it take for my physical card to arrive?
Your card is shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) and then transferred to your country's mail service to be delivered to you. Delivery can sometimes take over 30 days depending on your local postal system, so we recommend waiting up to 45 days before reaching out.
What if my card hasn’t arrived?
If it has been more than 30 days and you haven’t received your card:
Double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct.
Ask your family or housemates if someone may have received it for you.
If you still can’t find it, contact our support team, and we’ll help you get a replacement card.
How will the card replacement process work?
We’ll confirm your shipping address and update it if needed.
For your security, we’ll deactivate the undelivered card.
You’ll be able to request a new card to be shipped to your existing or updated shipping address.
Will there be a new shipping fee?
