Your balance covers the transaction amount in USD
If you are attempting an online purchase, please ensure that all card information, including your billing address, is correctly entered when attempting your purchase (If you need a U.S. billing address to make a purchase, please visit this article for more information.).
We added some error messages for card purchases and transfers so you can easily understand what happened and how you might be able to fix it.
